Fees & Payment

We are a private pay practice and therefore considered an out-of-network provider with all insurance companies. Your insurance company may still cover some/all services, so please call your insurance company to find out if you are eligible for out-of-network speech-language therapy and/or evaluation reimbursement. All of the necessary paperwork and documentation are available at your request, to submit to your insurance company for possible reimbursement of your payments. Depending on your insurance plan, out-of-network benefits may be payable after your deductible is met. Payment for services is due at the time of your appointment to STAR via check, credit card, paypal, cash, or Flexible Spending Accounts (FSA)/Health Savings Accounts (HSA).
