COMPREHENSIVE & INCLUSIVE SERVICES
We strive to provide social justice for those we serve regardless of setting, with particular focus on those individuals from culturally and linguistically diverse backgrounds.
EVALUATION
We provide comprehensive speech and language evaluations in English and Spanish
Our bilingual or monolingual evaluations use both formal and informal testing measures, clinical/educational observations, play-based assessment as appropriate, and parent/caregiver interviews to gather information about each client. We strive to use reliable testing measures that will provide information that is accurate and representative of the client's communicative abilities.
We then can develop an appropriate therapy plan with goals tailored to the client's needs. For bilingual clients, analysis of their skills in both languages can provide a complete representation of the client's total communicative abilities. This can assist in distinguishing language difference versus language disorder or delay.
Free Consultation
We offer a complimentary 15-30 minute initial consultation via phone to discuss areas of concern and possible needs for evaluation/therapeutic services.
